Vacation Rental Description

This is a beautiful, contemporary, private home perched above Lake Pend'Oreille. The home has 
Panoramic views of the lake and Schweitzer Mountain from all floors and living areas. It is a 2 
story, 3BR/2.5BA home, with very open living spaces.  Modern architecture with Asian inspiration 
nestled in a lush setting with TONS of LIGHT. VERY PRIVATE situated at the end of a long drive on 2 
very private acres. The home has 2 gas burning fireplaces, radiant heat and newly installed bamboo 
flooring.  

The home is exquisitely furnished with contemporary furniture, down comforters and pillows, and a 
fully equipped, gourmet kitchen (Henkel knives, etc.). Fully heated in winter and fully air 
conditioned in summer.  The home is 5 miles from downtown Sandpoint and 3 miles from the base of 
Schweitzer Mountain and a nice walk down our driveway to the beach and lake front.

The property owns access to a private beach and dock. The private beach/dock is shared with the 3 
other owners living on our private drive - usage is very, very low - and it is well maintainted. The 
beach/dock is located about a 1/2 mile walk down our private road. 

All rates include utilities and grounds keeping.
