You will be staying in a recently updated, charming, Casita which is nicely decorated in a Southwest Decor. Our
place has a nice view of the Santa Rita Mountains from the Living Room or Patio. You will be able to see a fair
amount of wildlife including quail, jack rabbits, and mourning doves as you sip your morning coffee on the Patio.
The Night Sky is simply fascinating in this dry environment, and during the daytime, you can enjoy the abundant
sunshine the Desert Southwest has to offer.
Our Guests have the option of purchasing a Green Valley Recreation membership during your stay (currently 
$30 per person per month) to enjoy some 12 very modern Recreation Centers that each have a pool, spa, and exercise
facilities as well as movies, concerts, and other special events.
Our place has always been a Non-smoking residence and we wish to keep it that way.

This Casita is furnished and ready for your visit. Cookware, Tableware, Microwave, Dishwasher, Coffee Maker,
Oven, Range, full size Fridge, Washer/Dryer, Towels and Linens, Queen Size Bed, Sofa Sleeper, Gas Grill, Patio
table and Chairs, Phone service, and High Speed Internet are included.

You will not lack for things to do here in Green Valley. Golf (25 courses within 25miles), Hiking in the Mountains,
Walking paths, Bird watching, Workout in the GV Recreation Centers, Swimming, Whirlpools, Card clubs, (lookup
GVR on the internet). Enjoy the Southwest with visits to Tombstone, Bisbee, Tubac (artist community), Nogales
Mexico (40 miles south), Tucson (25 minutes North), or Karchner Caverns in Benson.
Great Restaurants and Shopping in Green Valley and Tucson will make your stay very enjoyable

Jan thru March $1850 per month, call for weekly rate, all utilities included.
Dec or April $1400 per month, call for weekly rate, all utilities included.
May thru Nov $1100 per month, renter to pay all utilities.
$250 Security Deposit (refundable).
$70 Cleaning Fee (non refundable).
GVR guest passes to Recreation Centers are the responsibility of renter.
