Vacation Rental Description

2 bedroom 2 bath with fully equipped kitchen.  Come enjoy our comfortable home away from home!  
Master 
bedroom has a king sized bed, second bedroom has one set of bunk beds, one queen sized sofa sleeper 
and 
one queen sized bed.  The futon in the living room makes in to a queen sized bed and we have another 
queen 
sized sofa sleeper at the other end of the living room.  Throw a log in the wood burning brick 
fireplace and take 
in the beautiful Pacific Ocean as you sit in front of the huge picture windows.  With this view, any 
weather is 
great!  Computer with high speed DSL at house available for use for surfing the web as wireles 
access at no 
charge. Cable TV with VCR in both bedrooms and living room plus 100 movies make this a wonderful 
place to 
be.  Washer and dryer are also here to make your stay as comfortable as possible.  Salishan Spa is 
right around 
the corner with a wonderful spa and massages.  Beach access is a walk down the driveway and about a 
half a 
block.

Activities and Attractions

Whale watching from the deck!  7 miles of beach to stroll along and look for treasures!!  Lincoln 
City is 6 miles 
north and full of fun shops, a casino and factory outlet stores.  Nearby Salishan resort has an 18 
hole golf 
course and horseback riding.  Wonderful restaurants such as the world renowned Bay House in Lincoln 
City is a 
treat.  Depoe Bay is 8 miles south of Gleneden Beach and is famous for fun shops and charter boats 
for deep 
sea fishing.  There is also an airstrip within walking distance to the home.  The Side Door Cafe in 
Gleneden 
Beach is a wonderful place to relax and eat.  Have your aura photographed or visit with a psychic at 
the Crystal 
Wizard on Gleneden Beach Loop Road.  It's a unique shop full of wonderful rocks, crystals and 
jewelry.  The is

Vacation Rental Rates

Mid Sept - May (Weekends)                $165.00 per night / 750.00 per week

Mid Sept - May (Sunday - Thursday)   $105.00 per night Sunday through Thursday.  5th night is free 
with 5 
                                                              night booking.  (2 night minimum)

June - Mid Sept                                  $1056.00 per week.  Weekly rentals only!!  (June 
15th - Sept. 15th)

Holidays                                            $175.00 per night.  3 night minimum stay

$90.00 non refundable cleaning fee 

$200.00 refundable security deposit with each reservation is required
