Cast Away ~LOOKING for LONG TERMS in Panama City Beach

Conveniently located on the West End of Panama City Beach, near Hollywood Beach (down from Sunnyside Beach), and 6 miles from Pier Park, a new large complex which features a fishing pier, waterfront dining, boardwalk, coffee shops, 16-screen movie theatre and more shops than you will ever have time to visit.

"Cast Away Cottage" is a comfortable Florida-style beach home (4
bedrooms/2 baths ... sleeps 10), all on ground level - no stairs to
climb. Although we are not beach front, the beach access is less
than ½ block away. It only takes about 2 minutes to have your toes
in the sugar-white sand of Panama City Beach, which is faster than
walking to the beach from most high-rises! Access is located where
Southfields Rd. meets Front Beach Rd. --- Access #93, 10 stairs down
to the beach (picture below shows beach at access).

Our living area is a large open space, which includes the den
(comfortable furniture, a pull out queen sofa, 32" TV), dining room (table,
4 chairs), bar (3 bar stools), and fully stocked kitchen --- perfect
for relaxing or entertaining.

The master bedroom has a king-size bed, 13" TV and leads out onto a small fenced-in patio --- perfect for morning coffee or a private "night-cap". The master bedroom adjoins the master bath (tub/shower combo). The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms have queen-size beds and 13" TV's. The 4th bedroom is a small room that was converted from a sunroom and is furnished with a bunk-bed (2
twins). These 3 bedrooms share the hall bath (tub/shower combo).

Enjoy the privacy of our partially fenced-in back yard; or step up to
our elevated deck, where you can "dine out" or just hang out, while
you enjoy the gulf view and be hypnotized by the sound of the
surf.

Why pay beach front prices for high-rise condos, when you can have it
all right here, with a nice private yard added in!

Waterfront Restaurant Favorites:
-Schooners is billed as "the last local beach club." Come barefoot
and grab a table overlooking the
beach. Take a dip while you wait for your shrimp or grouper! Casual
and laid-back ambience.
-Pineapple Willy's is a beach hotspot. Well known for their Jack
Daniels barbecue ribs. Try to get a
table on the pier.
-Sharky's is another fun open-air joint on the beach. Even has a
kids' playground. Grab a fried
shrimp basket and a margarita and you can't go wrong.
-Capt. Anderson's Restaurant & Waterfront Market. You've got to dine
at least once at this landmark
restaurant. Go for the Greek-inspired seafood dishes.
-Pier Park is PC's newest addition with alomost everything all in one
area, resturants, bar & grills, shopping and theatres.

Mid-week specials do not apply to holidays. A $120.00 cleanup fee
and a $200.00 REFUNDABLE security deposit are required with each
stay. Those UNDER THE AGE OF 25 deposit will be $500 PLUS A PARENTS ID.***

Cancellation Policy: All money paid to secure a rental shall be considered liquidated damages in the event that the rental is cancelled. Such money are fully returned IF the property can be rented to another party for that same period.
Rates are subject to 11% sales tax.
