"July & August Special", $1,500 Per Week, last week of July and August 1st thru 8th and August 17th 
thru 25th, all taxes included with Daily Maid Service, free laundry service and 24 Hour Security.

banana trees, Howler Monkeys and exotic birds. Experience 
spectacular sunsets and expansive views of the Guanacaste Mountain 
Range.
Casa del Mar is located on the Pacific Gold Coast,conveniently 
between Playa Tamarindo and Playa Flamingo.  
We are in the heart of Playa Grande National Park,home of the Giant 
Leather Back Turtles and well known for world class surfing.

Exception:
Month Of July $2.000.00 (Weekly Rate Only) 
Month Of August $275 per Day - $1.800.00 per Week

High Season: (Nov 1st Thru April 30th)
1 to 4 people  $225 per Day - $1.400.00 per Week
5 to 7 people  $275 per Day - $1.800.00 per Week
8 to 11 people $325 per Day - $2.100.00 per week

Exceptions:
