"Mayes Resort Cottage" in Pacific City

Located near and views of the Nestucca River,  "Mayes Resort Cottage"  was originally part of the "Mayes Resort" dating from the 1940's &1950's. The property has had a total renovation in late 2007 from the bare
walls and is now in step with the 21st century.with new
everything..Located less than a mile to the beach and steps to the river,
you are close to the major grocery store, library, bakery, shops,
restaurants, and boat launch/marina..room on the quiet street to part
your extra vehicles. The property consists of a main one bedroom unit
with kitchen, washer and dryer, bathroom with shower, slidling glass
door access to deck. Professionally & completly furnished with Ikea
cabinets and furniture throughout by "Divine Design" Kalima
Ishaya..The other side has a separate entrance with one bedroom with
queen bed, its own separate bathroom with shower corner kitchenette
with sink, refrigrator, toaster oven, perfect for light snacks and
entertaining. The two units (you get both units) are perfect for two couples traveling together and/or when there is a need for two separate rooms. Not
recommended for young children..ideal for
teenagers/parents/singles..check calendar link for
availabilty.

Two queen beds..two flat screen televisions with cable connections,,
both with build in DVD
players..washer and dryer..refrigrator with freezer, BBQ, two
bathrooms, all the cooking items including plates, pots and pans,
glasses, BBQ,with showers , outside shower, fire pit to celebrate the
evenings,HOT TUB ADDED..large deck for outdoor activities
parking for up to 4 vehicles, quiet location. CD/Tuner/MP3 stereo
player..all linens including towels provided..soaps too..just bring
your personal items and food  BOTH UNITS ARE INCLUDED WITH YOUR RENTAL..WE DO NOT SEPARATE THE UNITS FOR RENTING.

High Season from June 15th through September 15th..rates are $99 a
night or special rate of $699 a week with cleaning and hot tub fees included..
NEW RATES.. Low Season Rates are from September 16 through June 14th and are pricedat $79 a night except for weekends, (Friday and Saturday) which are $99
a night.. special low season weekly rates of $599 per week with cleaning included
All major Holidays and special events in Pacific City are priced at
high season rates..two day minimun..Cleaning
fee of $75 is added to rentals less than a week...rates include hot tub use.
