Vacation Rental Description

We have two (2)  three (3) bedroom, three (3) bathroom townhomes that can sleep up to 20 people  
total! Our  
vacation homes are ideal for family reunions or large groups. You will find all the conviences of  
home including: 
*A fully equipped kitchen  
*Washer, dryer and ironing board   
*Jacuzzi bathtub in the master suite  
*Gas barbeque grill on the screened-in, fully furnished patio  
*High speed wireless Internet access  
*Cable television on televisions that are in each bedroom and the great room 
 
These homes include 1,821 sf overlooking the championship LedgeStone Golf Course. We are located  
within the  
gated community of StoneBridge Village, a quiet, serene development nestled in the foothills of the  
Ozark  
Mountains. Plus, you are just one mile from Silver Dollar City, four miles to Table Rock Lake and a  
quick ten  
minute drive to Branson! 
 
Take advantage of all that is right out the front door of our wonderful vacation homes...if you are  
up early  
enough, walking the grounds/trails of StoneBridge you might even encounter a wild turkey or two or  
other local  
wildlife who inhabit the area.

The price per couple is lower than most hotel rooms, not to  
mention the potential savings on dining out!  Our vacation home sleeps ten people comfortability.   
The price per  
person is only $18.43 for off season and $22.72 during peak season per night with a seven night stay  
and  
slightly higher for stays fewer then seven nights. 
 
Experience all the amenities you would expect from a four star hotel at a one star price.  Three  
pools, three  
lighted tennis courts, room service, fitness room, conference room,  27" cable TVs in every room,  
full bathrooms  
(master has a jacuzzi tub) with hair dryers, spa type soaps, lotions, shampoo and conditioners,  
iron, ironing  
board and full size washer and dryer in the townhome.  Other amenities include hiking and nature  
trails, kids  
playground and golf at LedgeStone Golf Course.  For only $79, challenge yourself to 18 holes  
of championship golf with cart at this semi-private golf course!  Two new features at StoneBridge  
include a  
5,000 sf banquet facility that can be used for reunions, meetings, etc. and a glass enclosure of the  
pool at the  
Clubhouse (this construction will take place at the end of the 2008 season). 
 
Our homes are just that, home away from home. They are professional decorated and include a BBQ  
grill on the  
screened in, furnished patio and wireless internet access so you can stay connected! You can even  
bring your  
pets with prior owner approval and a nightly fee!
