This charming vacation home is just steps from the Pacific Ocean. It is located on Whiting Court on the ocean
side of North Mission Beach. You can easily walk to Crystal Pier or take a leisurely stroll to many good
restaurants. The house is situated just 4 houses from the boardwalk on the west and 4 houses from Mission
Boulevard on the east. This location provides the perfect sound buffer for a good night's sleep. This home has
been recently updated. It has a fully-equipped modern kitchen, a bright and airy dining and living room
featuring a queen-size sleeper sofa, vaulted ceilings, ceiling fans, and recessed lights. The master bedroom is
upstairs with a queen-size bed and linens. The second bedroom is on the lower level with its own
entrance and has two twin beds. The master bath has been completely rennovated.
Both upstairs and downstairs bathrooms have showers.
No pets and no smoking.

There is a sunny south facing patio with a table, chairs, and gas barbeque. The home includes cable TV with
DVD,VCR, WiFi and a washer and dryer. All bed and bath linens are provided for your use as well as a hair dryer, ironing
board, and iron. Beach chairs are also available. The house has a large two car garage with
additional space behind the garage door to accommodate a third vehicle.

A great vacation spot, you can enjoy swimming, surfing, scuba diving, biking, fishing, water skiing, sailing,
kayaking, roller blading, beachcombing or strolling along the beach. Rental shops for bikes, skates, and surf
boards are very close. Restaurants, shops, and grocery stores are all within walking distance. The house is
located a few minutes from Sea World and the world-famous San Diego Zoo and is a short drive to the Gaslamp
district, Golf Courses, Disneyland, Legoland, and the Wild Animal Park.

June 5 - June 25 $1500 per week
June 25 - August 27 $1800 per week
7 night minimum stay. maximum 6 people
To reserve your week a $500 security deposit is required. After your stay if the house is left in good condition and undamaged, the security deposit is completely refundable and will be returned to you within two weeks.
Full rental amount is due 60 days prior to stay.
Cancellation more than 60 days prior to stay equals full refund of security deposit. Cancellation less than 60 days equals 0 refund.
