A beautiful, spacious 2nd
floor condo with elegance found
through vaulted
ceilings in the great room, and with 4 lovely bedrooms and 2 full
baths. New carpet in the family room and wood flooring in the dining room. This property nestled
between the
beach and shopping. No need to use your car. Park one car in our
garage and one in the driveway.
Everything
is within walking distance, Beach, Shopping, Boardwalk, and
Restaurants. While we don't allow
smoking in our
house, feel free to smoke outside on our lovely porch. No pets.

This 2nd floor condo has a beautiful modern kitchen with full
amenities: dishwasher, garbage
disposal, oven,
refrigerator,microwave, coffee maker, blender for making those
margaritas or smoothies. Dining room
sits eight
comfortably, along with four stools at the counter. Large great room
and reading area makes this an
enjoyable
spot after a day at the beach. Offers a flat screen TV, DVD player,
Wireless internet. Some family
games are
supplied. Feel free to read some of the paperbacks that are
available. Wonderful Master Bedroom with
King size
bed and a Jacuzzi bath tub in the Master bathroom. Second Bedroom
has a Queen Bed and all bedrooms
have
TV's. Third Bedroom has twin Beds. Fourth Bedroom has bunk beds -

dryer included in this condo. Nice covered, confortable porch to sit
and enjoy the beauitful weather
and watch
everybody wonder by. Outside enclosed shower, beach tags, some chairs
are available for your
enjoyment
while at the shore.
