and romantic place. Whether you are a honeymoon couple, a 50 year anniversary couple, a family, or
just friends wanting to experience Maui - I'd be delighted to have you.

We take special delight in being a small part of the many happy memories that are created here. We
are available to assist you in any aspect of your planning, or to answer any questions you may have
about Maui.
Hoyocho Nikko #206 is in a small (18 unit) complex. Our condo has been recently renovated from top
to bottom, and is kept in excellent condition.
From our lanai/balcony, you'll discover a spectacular, unobstructed view of both Molokai and Lanai
islands, as well as the shimmering Pacific Ocean.
Sunsets are an incredible experience at our condo!
Unlike the high-rise tourist hotels, you'll find the atmosphere here to be quiet, private, and very
romantic.

* 2 Bedrooms. Upstairs loft bedroom has a California King-sized bed. The downstairs bedroom has a
queen-sized bed. Both bedrooms have new, high quality bedding and linens and are extremely
comfortable! The downstairs bedroom is air conditioned.
There is also a high-quality queen sized sleeper sofa in the living room.
* FULL KITCHEN - lots of amenities. Full sized stove and oven, full-sized refrigerator, microwave,
blender, toaster, coffee-maker. Lots of high quality cookwear, cooking utensils, and dishware.
* Washer & dryer in the unit.

* Swimming pool on the sunny/ocean side. (Lots of condos have their pools on the shady/non-ocean

* Visit Lahaina - just 5-7 minutes away. Great dining, sight-seeing, and shopping.

* Explore a variety of beaches just minutes from our condo - Kapalua, Napili, and Kaanipaali.

Rates vary with the seasons.
Holiday Peak (12/15 - 01/07): $225*
Peak Season - (01/08 - 5/15): $195*
Off Peak - (05/16-12/14) $180*
*Rates are per night for 2 persons.
Additional persons are $10 extra per-
person/per night. Maximum of 5 persons.
Maui tax is 11.43%
Stays less than 6 nights incur a $85 end-of-stay cleaning surcharge.
4 night minimum stay.
BOOKING PROCEDURES:
1. Call or email to confirm dates. If we have availability, we'll
pencil you into our calendar as a "tentative booking".
2. We'll hold tentative bookings for 7 days. Within that time frame,
a 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking. We accept Visa,
MC, money orders, and personal checks. Upon receipt, we'll send you
a receipt for your payment and a confirmation of dates.
3. Final payment is due at least 30 days prior to your scheduled
arrival date. At that time, we'll send you the lock box combination, directions to
our unit, receipt for full payment, and other general items of
interest.
4. Complete details, including the rental agreement, are available
