attention to detail. 
 
Situated in Santa Monica’s best neighborhood. Just a five minute drive to the Santa Monica Promenade  
and the beautiful Palisades park over looking the ocean. (or a 30 minute walk). Centrally located  
between the beach to the west, Brentwood to the east and Pacific Palisades to the north. Very close  
to Montana Ave, which has great shopping and restaurants. Just 3 blocks from the Brentwood Country
