The main floor is a great gathering area with a qourmet kitchen, a livingroom with a fireplace and a balcony for enjoying the evening breezes off the living room plus an additional side balcony w/ built in stainless steel gasgrill. sink and refrigerator.  This will definately be a home you wish to come back to year after
year.

This home features:
Four Bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths, sleeps 10.  Sleeping accommodations include:
1 King size bed, 2 Queen beds, 2 twin beds,  and one queen size sofa sleeper. The third floor master suite has a sitting area , private balcony and a whirlpool
tub.   

 The main floor has a qourmet kitchen with marble flooring, granite countertops and well equipped with cooking utensils.
Our Home is located in the private gated community of Destiny by the Sea.

Must be 25 and over to rent - No Spring Breakers or College Groups

The Destiny by the Sea community has a beautiful club house and pool for your enjoyment.  Enjoy cycling, golf, sailing, surfing, tennis, wind-surfing, fishing,paragliding, suba diving, snorkeling, swimming, cinemas, water parks, shopping or eating at several wonderful restaruants.
