Waterway and Lake Santa Barbara.  This house is located on the point lot of the  intersection of the  
protected Intracostal and Lake Santa Barbara, so it has some of the best panaramic views on the  
waterway. The Altantic Ocean is just 3 blocks to the east.  Pompano Beach is a nice  
family/residential town, just minutes north of Ft. Lauderdale and  just south of Boca Raton.  It's  
truly a beautify and enjoyable place to be.  Close enough to Orlando for a day trip to Disney  
World.  Enjoy Florida's excelling golf courses.   
 
Boat rentals are available just blocks from the house and the water is deep for deepwater boating or  
sail boats with keels.
