Bed & Queen Sleeper-sofa, 1/2 Bath, & Color TV. Second Large Bedroom w/ Queen Bed & Color TV. Living Room 
w/ Dining Area, Queen Sleeper-sofa, Gas Fireplace, Color TV w/ VCR, & Full Bath. Kitchen includes 
Refrigerator/Freezer, Gas Stove & Oven, Microwave, Toaster, Coffeemaker, Garbage Disposal, & Telephone for 
local calls. Deck w/ Gas Barbecue Grill (during summer). Linens, Towels, Cookware, & Tableware Included.

Cable TV in both bedrooms, plus cable TV/VCR in living room.  Gas fireplace in living room. Telephone for free 
locals calls in fully-equipped kitchen.  Gas barbecue grill (with grilling tools) on outside deck.  Kitchen includes

Vacation Rental Rates

Rates based on Double Occupancy.  For parties of more than 2 persons, add $60 per extra person to weekly 
rate & $10 per extra person to daily rate.  Contact us for questions or details.
