beach which sleeps up to 14 comfortably.   Located just steps from the beach, this one of a kind  
property boasts ocean views from over 800 square feet of two wrap around balconies with eastern and  
southern exposure which compliments 3,000 square feet of living space.  Upper level has a gourmet  
kitchen with wet bar which flows into an ample dining area and large great room with numerous large  
windows and a cozy gas fireplace.  Lower level is equally spacious and light, with yet another  
family room, multiple expansive windows, gas fireplace, and balcony access to those exquisite ocean  
views.   Rooftop pool with wonderful ocean views is just down the hall from the 4th floor main  
entrance to the unit and offers generous seating and room to relax.   
In addition, owner provides   two phones with free US long distance and high speed internet service  
(please bring your own computer).   There is a family room area on each floor with cable TV and  a  
DVD which is perfect for families to have a kids and adults area when you are not on the beach.

Vacation Rental Rates

Rates as follows not inclusive of taxes are as follows-January, February, March and April-$1,500 per  
week.  First 3 weeks of May $1,995 per week.   Week of 5-23 $2,250 per week.  Week of 5-30 $2,500  
per week.   6-6-$2,850, 6-13-$3,100, 6-20-$3,600, 6-27-$4,100.  July and 1st 3 weeks of August  
$4,750, 8-23-$3,600, 8-30-$3,100, 9-5-$2,600, 9-12-$2,100, 9-19-$1,750, 9-27 and  
October, November and December -$1,500 per week.  Unit rents Saturday to Saturday in season.   
Willing to rent week ends, long week ends and short weeks for a discount off season, over holidays  
(Easter, Memorial Day, Christmas, New Years, etc.) and during other periods when property is not  
rented.    Families only-No High School, Post Grad, College or other non family or non golf trip  
groups. This provision will be in rental agreement.   This unit is Non Smoking with no pets  
permitted.
