Bordier's Big Bear Mountain Home in Sugarloaf

We just finished building our beautiful Big Bear Home in late 2007. You will walk into a large
living and dining room that leads into the kitchen. The first floor also has 2 bedrooms and 2 full
bathrooms. Off the master bedroom there is a sliding glass door that leads to the patio and
backyard. The living room has a piano and the stairway that takes you up to the 700 sq. ft. game room, 3rd bedroom,3rd bathroom and reading room. The game room has a full size pool table, Foozball, ping pong table, game table, sofa sleeper and lots of games. The reading room is a cozy space with a twin size bed. This is a great home for 3 families with beds for up to 12 people and a dining table for the same.

Fully furnished, 3 queen beds, 4 twin beds, 1 queen sofa sleeper, sheets and towels provided,
kitchen fully equipped with dishes, glasses, pans and appliances for 12 people, wood burning stove
in the living room, forced air heating, ceiling fans throughout, pool table, ping pong table, piano, foozball, washer, dryer, garage, on site parking for 3 vehicles, living and game room both have flat screen TV's with DVD/VCR and some satellite channels, master bedroom TV that plays VCR tapes, library of DVD's and video tapes, Radio CD/tape player with library, propane and charcoal barbecues.

Skiing, sledding, hiking, biking, golfing, boating, waterskiing, fishing, kayaking, restaurants,
zoo, bowling, movies, shopping, motorcycle and 4 wheel trails, wildlife viewing with lot's of good
information at the Discovery Center, many annual celebrations like Octoberfest, Old Miners days, and car and boat shows throughout the year. We are only 10 minutes from the ski lifts and lake.

Off season $200 to $250 per night, 2 night minimum
Ski season $300 to $350 per night, 2 night minimum
Holidays extra
NO Smoking, NO Pets, NO house parties, no unruly children or sloppy guests, this is our second home, our special place, we want to keep it nice.
$350 refundable security deposit.
Cleaning fee $100 to $150 dedending on number of people and adjustable depending on what you want to do yourself.
