Vacation Rental Description

Pelican Pointe is located in Orange Beach directly on the Gulf of Mexico near grocery, restaurants, 
and souvenir shops. This ninth floor, non-smoking, 3 bedroom, two bath unit is beautifully 
furnished, overlooks the pool and provides beautiful views of the beach and gulf. The kitchen has 
Granite counter tops and is fully furnished. 

The master bedroom has a king-size bed and access to the large covered balcony. The second bedroom 
has a queen-size bed, and the third bedroom has two double-beds. The sofa converts into a queen- 
size bed.
 
This condominium has all the amenities: full size washer and dryer, four TVs, three VCR's, DVD 
player, stereo, and high-speed internet accessibility. There is a large outdoor pool, kiddie pool, 
heated indoor pool and a lighted tennis court.
 
There are nine exceptional golf courses in the area, excellent Gulf and backwater fishing, great 
dinning, and fantastic shopping at the nearby outlet mall. Gambling is one hour and 45 minutes away 
in Biloxi, Mississippi.
