Vacation Rental Description

You will feel right at home as soon as you come through the door. 
This is a single level end unit, duplex style - two units per
structure with attached garage.  Step out to the private
backyard/patio to enjoy your mornings, afternoon lounging and BBQ
dining.  Set in the center of a tranquil gated community with lush 
green belt all around--great for those morning walks.  There is a 
choice of eight pools and spas, two of them a one minute walk from 
the front door. Tennis courts, putting green and basketball courts 
are located in the 'central park' just steps away from the unit. 

This two bedroom, two bath home is completely furnished.  Master suite
has a queen size bed, cable TV, huge walk-in closet, sliding glass
door out to the back patio complete with bistro set and umbrella. A
large master bath with dual sinks, plenty of counter space with many
drawers and cupboards.  Guest bedroom also has queen size bed and
cable TV with mirrored closet doors.  Spacious front full bath.

Kitchen is completely outfitted for all your cooking needs.  Off the
Dining area is a wet bar w/small refrigerator and sink.  Surrounded by
mirrored walls and the glass shelves are complete with cyrstal stemware.

Backyard patio off living room has full size patio table, six chairs with 
cushions and umbrella plus a couple of lounging chairs and cocktail table. 
Gas BBQ for your outdoor cooking pleasure.  Pluck a juicy red
grapefruit, orange or tangerine from the tree for your breakfast.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Skylights in Kitchen & Bathrooms. Tile floors throughout, large area 
rugs in living room and Master Bedroom.  Guest room, bathrooms and 
entry have throw rugs.  

Extra Large Capacity Washer and Dryer~Iron and Ironing Board~Bed, Bath
and Table linens and Pool Towels provided~Dishwasher~Microwave~Coffee Pot
& Tea Kettle~Side by Side Refrigerator w/ice & water thru the door~Gas
BBQ with propane furnished.

Three TV's w/cable~~DVD/VCR player~Stereo (CD & Tape player)

Local phone service and answering machine. 

Sorry no pets permitted and smoking outside only.

Activities and Attractions

You name it the desert has it.  Golf and more golf. Tennis, hiking,
theater, movies, night life, piano bars and any kind of dining you are
in the mood for.  Oh and don't forget gambling (three casinos right
close) and shopping, shopping, shopping!  And after you have done it
all--in two hours Los Angeles or San Diego awaits.  

Vacation Rental Rates

Oct - Apr  $1,600/month; $800/week;  $125/day (3 day min.)
May - Sep  $1,400/month; $775/week;  $125/day (3 day min.)

$500 Security deposit; This will be refunded after inspection of the
unit. If all is in order the refund will be mailed within 14 days 
after your departure.

$75 Cleaning fee for weekly and weekenders

50% Booking deposit;  Balance due 30 days prior to arrival (monthly);
              
                      15 days prior for weekly and weekenders.

Cancellation charges may apply depending on length of notice
