are located in the 'central park' just steps away from the unit.

This two bedroom, two bath home is completely furnished. Master suite
has a queen size bed, cable TV, huge walk-in closet, sliding glass
door out to the back patio complete with bistro set. A large
master bath with dual sinks, plenty of counter space with many
drawers and cupboards. Guest bedroom also has a queen size bed and
cable TV with mirrored closet doors. Spacious front full bath.

Kitchen is completely outfitted for all your cooking needs. Off the
Dining area is a wet bar w/small refrigerator and sink. Surrounded by
mirrored walls and the glass shelves are complete with cyrstal stemware.

Backyard patio off living room has full size patio table, six chairs with
cushions and umbrella plus a couple of lounging chairs and cocktail table.
Gas BBQ for your outdoor cooking pleasure. Pluck a juicy red
grapefruit from the tree for your breakfast.

Skylights in Kitchen & Bathrooms. Tile floors throughout, large area
rugs in living room and Master Bedroom. Guest room, bathrooms and
entry have throw rugs.

$1,600/month; $800/week; $125/day (3 day min.)

$500 Security deposit; This will be refunded after inspection of the
unit. If all is in order the refund will be mailed within 14 days
after your departure.

$75 Cleaning fee for weekly and weekenders

50% Booking deposit; Balance due 30 days prior to arrival (monthly);

15 days prior for weekly and weekenders.
