Refundable, secondary deposit - $500
Deposit is a half down & half due 30 days prior to arrival.
Additional $200 charge will be assessed as cleaning fee (for weekly rentals).
Cancellations may occur after the deposit has been paid but before
the balance is paid or outside of 30 days prior to your rental
period.
Maximum Occupancy policy the maximum number of guests per house is limited to 10 persons. An
additional charge of $25.00 per person per night for guests in addition to 12 will be assessed.
