Vacation Rental Description

This manufactured home is beautifully decorated & totally furnished. Lawn care is provided. LR/DR  
Combo, Kit, 2  
Bedrooms 2 full baths, and an enclosed Lanai. There is one color TV w/ remote, basic cable is  
included. The  
kitchen has a stove, refrigerator, Dishwasher, Micro-wave, Garbage Disposal, coffee makers! The house  
is fully  
stocked with cookware, glassware, dishes, linens, utensils, everything you'd need. Totally turnkey.  
The house  
also has a spacious carpeted lanai, that is enclosed with screens & vinyl windows. It is air  
conditioned &  
furnished with table, chairs and lounge furniture. A great place for having your coffee in the  
morning, taking a  
nap or reading in the late afternoon or having people over and playing cards at nite.  
The Master Bedroom has a Queen size bed, dressers. The Master Bath is seperate with a tub/shower.  
The 2nd bedroom has a Queen size bed, a dresser, a hall bath with a tub/shower. 
Under the car-port there is a storage area that houses the washer & dryer. 
 
Rooms sizes are as follows: 
* Living Room 21 x 13  
* Dining Room Combo 14 x 11 
* Kitchen 12 x 12 work area with breakfast bar & 2 stools 
* Masterbedroom is 12 x 12

Vacation Rental Amenities

Harbor Isles is one of the newer 55+ Parks in the area and the nicest. It is a gated community with  
resident  
security patrol through-out the nite. The Park has a library, 2 clubhouses (1 with a pool table),  
large heated  
pool, jacuzzi, & excercise room with all the latest equipment. There are seperate saunas, lockers and  
shower  
rooms for the men & women. The common areas also include a tennis court, shuffle and bacci boards.  
Residents  
organize planned activites throughout the year. There is a social calendar that is printed monthly,  
so everyone  
knows exactly what is going on in park and how to get involved. That calendar is available to  
everyone. There  
are pool parties, pot luck dinners, dances at the clubhouses, special interest groups that get  
together to do and  
organize events. Bring your boat...the park has a private dock for launching right into the  
intercoastal. For an  
additional small fee you can park the boat and or RV in the storage area.

Activities and Attractions

The Park is located near Florida's Warm Mineral Springs. Visit their web site! A great place to soak  
away your  
aches & pains. Boat rentals are nearby, cruise the intercoastal, fish off the jetties, white sand  
beaches very  
close, and public golf courses are everywhere. Every restaurant you can think of is within minutes,  
and the  
shopping is wonderful with all kinds of unique boutiques! We are 1 hour from Sarasota, 6 hours from  
the "Keys", 2 1/2 from Orlando. So much to see & do. Bring money...lots and lots of money! By the end  
of  
November hurricane (or the rainy) season is over, the weather starts to get gorgeous. 75-80 everyday.  
December thru May the weather is the best. You seldom need the air conditioning on. But in the  
afternoon is  
does gets warm enough to go to the pool. In the evenings you'll enjoy the wonderful Gulf breezes. The  
time  
spent here will fly by and before you know it winter will be over, it'll be time to go home and  
you'll be planning  
for your vacation for the next year.

Seasonal Rental 
Non Smokers only. 
Lease agreement required. 
$1000.00 Security / Damage Deposit (Which is refundable)  
 
Full payment is due prior to possession. 
 
2008 - 2009 Season 
 
* 3 month $2000 per month. 
* 4 month rental 2008 - 2009 $1700 per month, minimum 4 months,  
  over 4 months rent is negotiable. 
 
Security Deposit required to "Hold" the Property. 
 
All utilities included.
