  are located on the Sea side with only 1/4 mile to our private beach
  access. You can either walk, drive or quad down to the beach. Great

Two Night Minimum Stay Requirement

...A Week = 7 Nights Stay... $750/per week

With owners approval only an additional guest may stay with an additional $25.00 fee per person, per night

A $50.00 non-refundable cleaning fee, not included. Please note: THIS MONTH'S FREEBEE

Holiday Weekends: 3-Night Minimum Stay Requirement                        Holiday Rates $158 per night

RESERVATIONS: All rentals 7 days or less require payment in full
at time of making your reservations.
A 7 night or more stay requires a 50% deposit.
The balance of the rental amount is due 30 DAYS prior to date of
arrival or before.
Reservations are not confirmed until Payment has been received and
cleared.

We book on a first-come,
first-served basis.

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS:
We realize that unforeseen events can cause
a change in plans. Deposit and/or Booking refunds are based on the
following policy:

Cancellations 30 days or more prior to arrival will be charged a $25.00 cancellation fee plus any PayPal fees charged to owner.
over 14 days prior notice = 75% refund.
Less than 14 days notice = 50% refund.
Less than 7 days notice = 25% refund.

The refund/cancellation policies are strictly enforced, do to loss of
other potential bookings.
