own rooftop star gazing platform!
-Full kitchen which includes a stove/oven, microwave, refrigerator,
dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker and 
blender for you to enjoy all of those San Felipe margaritas.

Vacation Rental Rates

$150 - $175 per night, 2 night minimum (book six nights, seventh night
free!)
Mid-week special - Sunday through Friday am $500 (No holiday weeks or
special event weeks)

Reservations

Credit cards accepted through PayPal

-7 days or less full payment required at time of booking
-7 days or more stay requires a 30% deposit with the remaining balance
due to be cleared one week prior to 
arrival.

Cancellations and Refunds:

We realize that unforeseen events can cause a change in plans. 
Deposit refunds are based on the following 
policy:

-Less than 7 days notice - NO REFUND
-Less than 14 day notice =50% refund
-Over 14 day notice = 75% refund
