Reservations

Credit cards accepted through PayPal

-7 days or less full payment required at time of booking
-7 days or more stay requires a 30% deposit with the remaining balance
due to be cleared one week prior to
arrival.

Cancellations and Refunds:

We realize that unforeseen events can cause a change in plans.
Deposit refunds are based on the following
policy:

-Less than 7 days notice - NO REFUND
-Less than 14 day notice =50% refund
-Over 14 day notice = 75% refund, or if you wish, we will credit you your total amount to be used within the calendar year of your booking.
