This fully-furnished, four bedroom (3 + large sleeping loft), 2.5 bath
home is available year-round, including during prime summer weekends
and during the Christmas and Easter holidays. It's situated on a quiet
private road on the northeast part of Lake Anna, near the 719 bridge.
The home has a beautiful spacious living room with a large open
kitchen, a dining area and breakfast nook. Two additional sitting
rooms, both with TV/DVD/VCR. Three of the bedrooms are on the main
floor, which has an easy entry (for children or seniors) from the
large front circular driveway area with plenty of parking.
This home has lots of decks and plenty of light, with beautiful mature
trees providing plenty of shade and sun.
There is a gently sloping back yard to a nice 220-foot water front,
private dock and PRIVATE BOAT RAMP ON THE PROPERTY. The gazebo next to
dock has steps down to the swimming area, and there is a sandbox play
area perfect for children.
Note: This house has a separate apartment unit in the basement
occupied by another tenant, having a separate entrance and patio area.

We want to strive to make our rental home available for the time that
YOU DESIRE.
Basic 2009 prices:

$1900 per week during summer (Memorial day to Labor day), up to 12
people.
Additional days are $265 per day (for periods over one week)
Week-end and partial week rentals are available EVEN DURING PEAK SEASON!!
Partial week rentals (less than seven days): $285 per day (4 day
minimum during peak season- 5 day minimum 4th of July, please)
Off season rentals available, $1200 per week (or $200 per day)
Holiday weeks are $200 extra (4th of July, Labor day,Thanksgiving,etc.)
Total price will also include additional 10% state/county tax for rental
period plus $100 cleaning fee.
There is a required $50 per week non-refundable deposit for dogs ($10
per day for shorter stays) - please inform us at time of reservation
if dogs will be brought - thanks.
