For the 2013 season we are renting full-week periods only (Saturday to Saturday) during high-season (Memorial Day to Labor Day). We rent weekends only off season (minimum 3 nights). Weekends are $750 total (all fees included) for 3 nights.

This fully-furnished, five bedroom (3 + basement studio + large sleeping loft), 3.5 bath home is available year-round. It's situated on a quiet private road on the northeast part of Lake Anna, near the 719 bridge.
The home has a beautiful spacious living room with a large open kitchen, a dining area and breakfast nook. Two additional sitting rooms, both with TV/DVD/VCR. Three of the bedrooms are on the main floor, which has an easy entry (for children or seniors) from the large front circular driveway area with plenty of parking. The walk-out basement has been recently renovated and has a separate kitchette/full bath/queen bed and full-size futon - perfect for extended familes.
This home has lots of decks and plenty of light, with beautiful mature trees providing plenty of shade and sun. There is a gently sloping back yard to a nice 220-foot water front, private dock and PRIVATE BOAT RAMP ON THE PROPERTY. The gazebo next to dock has steps down to the swimming area, and there is a sandbox play area perfect for children.

Off-season: $1500 per week - Weekends are $750 for 3 nights (minimum 3 nights)
Holiday weeks are $200 extra (4th of July, Labor day, etc.)
Weekly rate includes cleaning fee.

There is a required $50 per week non-refundable deposit for dogs ($10
per day for shorter stays) - please inform us at time of reservation
if you plan to bring a dog and what breed (2 dogs maximum) - thanks.
