Vacation Rental Description

You will love our newly remodeled two bedroom, two bath, tastefully 
decorated, luxury oceanfront property!!  This NO SMOKING, NO PET 
condominium unit is located on the FIFTH FLOOR CORNER of the 
Windjammer Condominium Complex which is located in Cape Canaveral 
near the famous Cocoa Beach Pier.  You can see the Pier from the 
balcony. The kitchen has been completely remodeled. The kitchen and 
bath have corian countertops and new cabinetry. There are upgraded 
appliances in the kitchen.  There is new tile, light fixtures, 
paint, high end furnishings, window coverings, and door hardware 
throughout the entire unit.  All the walls have been recently 
painted. It is a gorgeous vacation condo!

You will enjoy the ocean views from the kitchen, living room/dining 
room, master bedroom, and private balcony.  The private balcony is 
located off the master bedroom and living room area.  

The master bedroom has a queen size bed with beautiful direct ocean 
views.  The guest bedroom has two twin beds.  There is lots of 
storage space available.  There is a fully equipped kitchen 
available for all your cooking needs!  This unit has a new full-size 
washer and dryer in the laundry room.

Go to Port Canaveral to watch the cruise and fishing ships depart.  
The largest cruise ships leave out of the Cape Canaveral Port.  
Watch shuttle launches from Cape Canaveral; watch submarines in the 
ocean, watch dolphins and turtles, walk on the beach; watch the 
surfers or be a surfer; fish; or search for sea shells. Soak up the 
sun in the beautiful, heated swimming pool. Walk to famous Cocoa 
Beach Pier; shop at nearby stores; and eat at nearby excellent 
restaurants. Listen to the ocean waves and relax in the loungers on 
the private balcony.

Orlando is only a 45-60 minute drive.  Have fun at all the Disney 
theme parks.  Enjoy all the other family entertainment that Orlando 
has to offer but stay at the ocean in an elegant vacation condo.

Kennedy Space Center is within minutes and will delight everyone as 
it showcases exploration of space.  The Canaveral National Seashore 
stretches 25 miles along Florida's Space Coast . . . A favorite of 
vacationing families.  It is the longest stretch of natural beach on 
the East Coast of Florida.  Quiet and solitude are easy to come by  
on this beach!

Vacation Rental Amenities

Our vacation home has a fully equipped kitchen with range, 
microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator.  All cooking utensils are 
provided.  It has a telephone, cable television, two televisions, 
DVD, stereo, CD player, air conditioning, and washer/dryer.  All 
linens are provided.  There is a heated pool (shared) and a poolside 
BBQ grill. There is an on-site recreation room.  

No smoking.  No pets. Please.

viewing, shopping, restaurants, museums, sightseeing, swimming, 
snorkeling and diving, boating, sailing, surfing, windsurfing,

Vacation Rental Rates

Monthly Rates . . . $1900-$2500 / month depending on season and 
availability.  ADD Florida Tax (unless a 6 month + rental) to all 
rates and a $75 professional clean fee/set-up fee.  

Weekly Rentals are available on occasion depending on season.
