Vacation Rental Amenities

This condo is newly furnished with a queen size bed and a  
comfortable queen size sofa bed with a remote control tv (TV's  
has cable). It also brings a full size kitchen with all appliances,  
including new silverware, cooking utensils, dishwasher, microwave,  
toaster, blender, coffee maker. Also provdied, hairdryer, iron and  
ironing board, linens, regular towels, beach towels, beach coolers,  
beach chairs, umbrellas and much more.  
The Condominium has a state of the arts full size gym,  
including yoga, pilates, kick boxing classes and much, much more.  
The building has a business center, game room with pool tables and  
bar, dominoes table, plasma tv with video games, theater room,  
vallet parking 24 hours, 2 heated swimming pools, security  
and most important private access to the beach!!!!

For your enjoyment, jet ski and sailboat rentals, parasailing, moped  
rentals and canoeing (along beach area in the famous OceanWalk).

$850.00 per week. 
$2500.00 per month. (Save up to $900.00 if you reserve for 1 month!) 
$80 cleaning fee per rental. 
$600.00 refundable security deposit.

Cancellation Fee Notice:  All cancellations or changes incur a $150  
and a 3% fee. Cancellations or changes occurring within 30 days  
of 3PM Eastern Time on the day of check-in are subject to a 100% charge.
