Vacation Rental Description

Tube and kayack just outside your back door.  Fly fish Class A Trout Swannanona River. 
Sleep to the lullaby of rushing rapids. Wave to tubers as they float by. You're on a secluded 
fairy-tale street where you see bears and blue herons, but still you're only minutes from 
downtown Asheville and Biltmore.

One-story home has two large queen bedrooms with private baths. Third bedroom 
doubles as a home office and has a high-quality pull-out sleeper sofa.  It would be great 
for children but maybe not enough privacy for an adult.  A third bathroom is just down the 
hall. 

This is a private residence for rent only part of the year.  It is fully stocked with everything 
you'll need for a wonderful vacation on the river.

Vacation Rental Rates

Jan. - March  $1000 per week up to 6 people
April-Dec.  $1250 per week up to 6 people

$250 security deposit
6.75% NC sales tax
$85 cleaning fee

Deposit will be returned by mail within 4 days after checkout.
