This 2 story 3 bedroom townhome is nestled in 26 acres of wooded lakeshore on  Bay lake (a 2400 acre 
lake) 
and is available to rent year round. Located 100 miles from Minneapolis and 18 miles from Brainerd, 
this 
centrally located property has many fun things to do locally, like golf, shop, and gaming at the 
Grand Casino Mil 
lacs. Many hiking trails and other forestry areas surround this area for what ever your looking 
for.  The lake is 
clean and is great for swimming, water skiing, and fishing. 

Vacation Rental Amenities

This townhome has Heat and Air condintioning, a washer and dryer, a wood burning fireplace, and a 
full kitchen 
with utensils. Beds linens and blankets for a King, queen, 2 Twins, Sofa Bed.  A screened in porch 
overlooks the 
wooded acres where bar-b-que pits and campfire rings are but feet away. A few more feet and you are 
to the 
shoreline area where a docking system allows you to bring one 22 foot or smaller boat. There is a 
garage and 
ample parking for RV/Boat/trailered snowmobiles, ...etc. A townhome community pool, whirlpool, 
sauna, tennis 
courts, horse shoe pits, sandy volleyball court and a play ground area are feet from your front 
door. 

Activities and Attractions

This area is rich with many activities from Fishing, to hunting, Golfing, shopping, Sight seeing, to 
name a few. 
Trails/prairies/forests are close by for hiking, bird watching, Hunting,.. etc. All lake activities 
are available, 
boating, kayaking, etc and rental is available close by. There are a few restaurants that you can 
boat to on the 
lake and several in the area to drive to as well. Winter activites such as xcskiing, downhill 
skiing, and of course 
snowmobiling.
