lakefront access. There is a 14 foot rowboat available and a 8x8 foot

whether relaxing to enjoy the beautiful view, or venturing out to
explore the surrounding Fingerlakes area. Located 2 miles south of
Keuka College and within 1/4 mile of East Bluff Marina. Also nearby
there are quaint villages, vineyards & winery trails on Seneca &
Keuka Lakes, public parks & boat launches, restaurants by boat or car,
conveniences, and tourist attractions.

Rents: Saturday (arrival) at 3:00 pm to Saturday ( departure) 10:00 am
while flexible to your needs off season.

Feature: Interior - Main level - consists of fully equipped kitchen
w/dishes, glasses, flatware, wine glasses, cups, pots & pans, cooking
& serving implements, coffeemaker, dishwasher, microwave, toaster,
oversized refrigerator-freezer, electric oven-range, double stainless
sink, island w/stools. Dining-Living area w/table & chairs, 2
Queensized Sofabeds, easy chair, coffeetable, end stands, bean bag
chairs, woodburning fireplace. Two Full Baths, each w/tub-shower.

Bedrooms - #1 Two Single beds (use separately or push together for
King), nightstand, lamp, dresser, closet; #2 Queensized bed, dresser,
closet, table, portable fan; #3 Kingsized bed in loft, push button
skylite, chair, portable crib, dresser, ceiling fan and clothes rack.
Basement level has washer & dryer, extra refrigerator.

Additionally - Natural gas heat for use in inclement weather. Central
air. Ceiling fans. Pillows, blankets and bedspreads provided. Color TV
on basic cable with VCR-DVD player. On premises phone. Lots of
windows, great views. Public water.

Exterior - off main road w/good parking and swing-around drive.
Oversized deck, covered patio, outdoor furniture,3 person swing,
umbrella picnic table, gas grill.
Grassy yard with flat area for vollyball and badminton recreation. Cottage
level outdoor firepit. From yard take approx. 40 steps to lakeside to
wade-in lakefront directly below cottage. Ell-shaped dock for your
boating & fishing needs.

Allows up to 8 overnight with two sofa beds included. (8 persons
maximum overnite please!)

Keuka Lake, one of the beautiful Fingerlakes, provides the playground
for swimming ,boating,fishing and lake activities.
Tour nearby wineries and vineyards and visit the local shops and the
The "Bluff" provides a scenic background for biking and hiking.
Commercial boat tours may still be available.

Rates:
$1900 weekly mid- June through labor day week
$1400 weekly Off Season
$285 nightly w/2 night minimum when available

(Please firmly respect that we do not expect any more than 8 persons
overnight.)

All rates are subject to a 4% Yates County Occupancy Tax additional.

Security Deposit: A $250 security deposit is required along with the
entire rental fee within one month of your arrival. After an
inspection of the cottage your deposit will be mailed to you within 35
days if the cottage has been left clean and undamaged.
