Keuka Lakes, public parks & boat launches, restaurants by boat or car,
conveniences, and tourist attractions.

Rents: Saturday (arrival) at 3:00 pm to Saturday ( departure) 10:00 am
while flexible to your needs off season.

Location: 6131 East Bluff Drive, Yates County , approx. 6 miles south of Penn Yan and 2 miles south of Keuka College. 1/4 mile from East Bluff Marina.

Allows up to 8 overnight with sofa beds included. ( A maximum of 8 persons
 overnite unless agreed to otherwise.)

Keuka Lake, one of the beautiful Fingerlakes, provides the playground
for swimming ,boating,fishing and lake activities.

Tour nearby wineries and vineyards and visit the local shops and the
The "Bluff" provides a scenic background for biking and hiking.
Commercial boat tours may still be available.

Rates:
$2050  weekly , June through Labor Day week
$1450  weekly, Off Season
$292  nightly, w/2 night minimum when available

(Please firmly respect that we do not expect any more than 8 persons
overnight unless responsibly notified and agreed to )

All rates are subject to a 4% Yates County Occupancy Tax additional.

Security Deposit: A $250 security deposit is required along with the
entire rental fee within one month of your arrival. After an
inspection of the cottage your deposit will be mailed to you within 35
days if the cottage has been left clean and undamaged.
