The condo was very roomy for 2 people. If I brought my 2 kids, it would have been ok tho u have to go thru the 1 master bedroom to get to the bathroom and the extra bed is in the master next to the queen so if privacy is an issue... The kitchen facilities were clean and had everything we needed. Bathroom tub, tile and sink areas are in need of repair but useable; just not up to the level of condition that you'd get in a hotel. The bathtub looked stained and felt rough. It wasn't conducive to soak in the tub. We learned later that it and had gone thru a poor refinishing job. Wish we had known about this beforehand. Sofa bed seemed a bit dated. All in all an okay experience helped by the location, easy parking, and quiet. When the renovations are done, should be a nicer experience; at that time, I'd give it more stars and would like to come again. Right now, it's really 2-1/2 stars.

Recommended for: age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway, tourists without a car
