comfortably with  all the amenities for a relaxing Get-a-Way for only $185.00 a night for the
summer/winter season.  Our condo is only 5 minutes to one of California's best
ski resorts--North Star or 15 minutes to Squaw Valley or Alpine
Meadows. Incredible hiking and biking (which become snowshoeing and
x-c skiing trails in winter!)are right outside the door. Or start
thinking about the spring and summer time--we have 2 pools, tennis courts,
work-out/sauna room and exercise par course. Fantastic, newly
renovated beach areas with para-sailing, kayaking, boating, all the
toys to enjoy, just a minute down the road. Great location--close
to all the action!! Our condo is a minute to beautiful Lake Tahoe
with newly renovated beaches, restaurants, great shops, golf, river-rafting and
Safeway. 10 minutes to the casinos for a chance to win your fortune
or just watch a good show. You'll be back to stay again real
soon!!

Fireplace with plenty of firewood, GAS BBQ, washer/dryer, FLAT SCREEN TV, plenty of linens and towels, another TV, 2 VCRs, DVD, 2 stereos, games--we have it all.  Kitchen fully stocked for a holiday dinner with plenty of plates and utencils!! We also have internet access,  flannel sheets for the cooler nights.  Boat parking lot and large car parking lot is also available.

Our condo has 2 pools, tennis courts, workout/steam room, ping-pong
and an exercise walking trail on the premises. One minute to the
lake for all the water activities you can imagine from para-sailing
to water skiing. You can discover some of the best hiking and
biking trails in the nation. Or just rent a boat for the day on the
beautiful blue waters of Lake Tahoe. River-rafting down the Truckee
River is always a must to complete your adventure here in Tahoe.

TOP THINGS TO DO IN KINGS BEACH ARE:  HANG OUT AT THE BEACH, EAT A GREAT MEAL OVERLOOKING THE LAKE, AMAZING HIKING AN BIKING TRAILS, RELAX AND SWIM AT THE POOL, PLAY A GAME OF GOLF.
