Relax in your adorable beach home! Gated community with security.  All you need is you to enjoy a stay in a 
quiet relaxing getaway. This beautifully decorated 2 bedroom 2 bath townhome, sleeps upto 8 guests. Master 
bedroom has a queen size bed, sleeps 2. Guest room has 2 bunkbeds; sleeps 4. And, the living room has the 
most comfortable sleeping sofa ever known, also sleeps 2. The living room and master bedroom have 35" T.V.'s. 
and Cable TV. Washer and dryer and fully equipped kitchen. BBQ downstairs in a Screened in patio. Cental AC. 
Covered parking available for upto 4 cars. Community has 2 pools, 2 tennis courts, a racquetball court and the 
marina. Boat slip available. Such a quiet beautiful place. You could watch unbelievable sunsets from the 
observation deck in the dock. Unfortunately no pets allowed. And, No Smoking.

kayaking, windsurfing, and parasailing. Bike rentals, and Harley rentals. John Pennekamp state park minutes 
away. Enjoy swimming with the Dolphins; Dolphin Plus 2 miles away. 20 miles south of the Everglades and 
Biscayne National park. Two miles from Key Largo's park with an olimpic size pool and children's water park and 
playground. Charter boat rentals for deep sea fishing.

Vacation Rental Rates

Winter Rates    $2500.00 per month
Summer Rates  $1900.00 per month

Refundable security deposit  $500.00  This is refundable once the property has been inspected and no damages 
are identified. We welcome you to our property, please treat it as your own.

Cleaning fee  $100.00

Parking permit/ property approval $50.00 non refundable. Due upon arrival to On site Landings of Largo 
manager for the parking permit and approval.

Discounts available for multiple  month rentals.

Last minute discount rentals available. We welcome your inquiries.



Tax 11.5% required by Monroe County Tax
