in a perfect location, just 2.5 miles south of San Miguel.  Walk-on sandy beach and great snorkeling 
right outside your front door!  

     Located within walking distance of Chankanaab National Park and Uvas Beach Bar and Restaurant - 
makes this condo a very popular vacation spot.  

     Enjoy incredible, unobstructed views of the crystal blue Carribbean and amazing sunsets from 
the privacy of your vacation paradise.  Relax on your private master suite patio and feel the warm 
tropical breezes of Cozumel.  Enjoy sunbathing on the tranquil pool deck just steps from your front 
door.  A few feet further, and you step on to the sandy beach and into the ocean, where you can 
enjoy some of the best snorkeling on the island.  

Arrange to have a dive boat pick you up right next store at Uvas Beach Bar and enjoy 
the colorful reefs and marine life of Cozumel.  Or, rent a glass-bottom kayak at Uvas and skim 
across the ocean, feasting your eyes on all the spectacular coral reefs, sea turtles, and marine
