$ 650 per week - Value dates (September and May)
$ 770 per week - Low Season
$ 973 per week - High Season (summer and holidays except Christmas and Easter)
$1113 per week - Christmas and Easter seasons
(minimum of 7 nights required at Christmas and Easter)
All above are per week and are subject to 12% tax
Pool heat is available at an additional $25 per day cost.

Credit cards also accepted (3% surcharge)
$250 deposit to make reservation
Balance due 8 weeks prior to arrival
$250 security deposit must be held until after departure and the home
is checked by the management
company, then the deposit will be returned.
Cleaning fee of $85 charged for stays of less than 7 nights.
