14th & Wesley! One block to beach and boards!  Sleeps 8 - Priced to rent at $1,995! 
 
With porches front and back, newly renovated and decorated. Eveything is fresh, new and clean.  
Central air  
and all new appliances. Outdoor shower and cable TV. New this season: Beach Tags Included!  
 
This home is truly your-home-away-from-home! Beautifully decorated with an island theme (1st Floor)  
and  
ocean theme (2nd Floor). You choose which floor suits you best for your vacation. At the reasonable  
price of  
$1,995 per floor, we are priced to rent. Each floor has three bedrooms, a living room with ceiling  
fan, spacious  
kitchen and dining area, one bath, and cable TV with DVD/VHS player for your enjoyment. The 1st  
Floor is  
homey, cozy and relaxing with easy access for young children. The 2nd Floor has vaulted ceilings and  
wood  
flooring, giving it an open and breezy feel.  
 
The dining/kitchen area comes complete with everything for your vacation entertaining needs. We have  
a well  
equipped kitchen with a complete selection of dishes, pots and pans, utensils, pot holders, cutting  
boards,  
knives, all kinds of glasses, a microwave, drink blender, toaster, disposal, and coffee pot.  
 
This home is designed with the family in mind. The bedding is evenly divided between queens and  
twins. The  
first floor has one queen, 2 twins, one full and one queen pull-out! The second floor has two queen  
beds, 2  
twins, one twin futon, and a large sectional couch.  
 
Living room with TV, DVD, VCR, Video Library and a CD music system. There is a large front porch  
with  
comfortable furniture and a back porch to store your beach equipment and bikes.  
 
Linens are not provided, so you will need to bring sheets for the beds and towels for the bath and  
beach.  
Pillows, blankets, and bed comforters are provided. Each bedroom is beautifully decorated and most  
have a  
ceiling fan. Cleanliness is our #1 priority, so we do ask that you do some light cleaning before you  
check out.  
We personally clean and inspect our property each Saturday, so you can be guaranteed a sparkling  
clean home  
upon your arrival.  
 
Once you park your car, you won't need it for the rest of the week. EVERYTHING is within walking  
distance, food  
markets, Wawa, Eckerd Drug, restaurants and take-out food and the 14th Street Bakery. Bring your  
bikes - you  
can ride on the Boardwalk until noon!  
 
It's a short one block walk to the Boardwalk and 14th Street Beach - a very wide beach with  
lifeguards. Take a  
left on the Boardwalk and you're at the shops, entertainment and restaurants. Take a right, and it's  
all peaceful  
residential.  
 
This is the perfect location for the perfect Ocean City family vacation!
