amid lush vines and an olive grove! Only 70 miles from San Francisco yet a world away from everyday  
life. Nestled in Healdsburg, the heart of Sonoma’s County’s acclaimed wine regions of Dry Creek,  
Alexander and the Russian River Valleys, the Villa is minutes away from the charming town center.  
Breathtaking views of majestic mountains and expansive vineyards embrace and inspire our guests.   
Glorious sunsets are an evening feast.  
 
Exclusively yours, the Villa is a 3000 square foot estate home amid five lush acres featuring four  
bedrooms (1 king and 3 queen beds) and 3-1/2 luxury bath rooms.  Drenched with natural light,  
endowed with soaring cathedral ceilings and luxuriously relaxed furnishings, the Villa is a perfect  
blend of authentic Tuscan style and gracious comfort. 
 
A member of both the Healdsburg and San Francisco Chambers of Commerce, the Villa is a recent

our dining area (seats 10) and large living room, well-stocked gourmet kitchen, media room  
with 88" projection TV (with DirectTV) and movie DVDs/CDs, library with fireplace, internet wi fi,  
new gorgeous bath rooms with luxury amenities (2 with walk-in showers), Beaudelaire soaps and  
toiletries, AC, cathedral ceilings; plush top of the line bedding, in room cd players. Outside  
features vineyard views and open sky, jacuzzi spa, olive grove & fruit trees, arbor-covered patio  
with barbeque and dining area, gazebo sitting area and lounge chairs and magnificent sunsets!   
Access to local health club and pool (in season).  Only a few minutes to many wineries, famed  
restaurants & shopping and the charming Town of Healdsburg.

also relax in the whirlpool spa, dine al fresco or simply enjoy pure relaxation in a serenely  
beautiful setting.  The media room features an 88" wide sceen projection TV (with DirectTV), stereo  
and a selection of movies and CDsare provided.  Cozy up in the library with a warm fire and peruse  
our fabulous collection of books showcasing the wine country lifestyle. 
 
Nestled in a serene, vineyard setting, Cecilia's Vineyard Villa is located just minutes from  
Healdsburg’s beautiful, historic downtown plaza. Founded in the mid 1800’s, this outstanding  
vacation destination preserves its Victorian small town charm, while offering world class  
restaurants, art galleries, antique and specialty shops and spas. Healdsburg is the heart of Sonoma  
County Wine Country with over 60 world renowned wineries nearby which are open for wine tasting and  
tours year round; dozens of tasting rooms are conveniently located in the downtown area.   
Bicyclying, hiking, bird watching, canoeing and many nature opportunities are available. For a small  
fee guests may enjoy the premier helth club, Parkpoint, and its outdoor swimming pool (in season).  
Convenient to Napa Valley, San Francisco and the ocean coast.

Vacation Rental Rates

High Season (March-October).  Rates for weekends -- $595/NT for 4 people, $695/NT for 5-6 people,  
and $795/NT for 7-8 people. 3 night minimum for weekend stays from Memorial Day through October &  
for Holiday & Special Event Weekends.  15% off for Mid-week (Mon. - Thurs.) except holidays/special  
events).  
 
Weekly Rental: $4,250  (10% off for up to 4 people).   
 
Low Season -- November-February - excluding holidays and special events - 15% off.  
 
Monthly rentals are also available, please inquire.  
 
Additional charges: $245 cleaning & reset fee.  9% bed tax. $495 refundable security deposit. 
 
The Villa is also perfect for photo shoots & special occasions.  The Villa is not suitable for  
children under 12 years old. Rates are subject to change until booking is confirmed. Please inquire
