Hampshires Lakes Region.

into the water suitable for all ages.  
 
Enjoy the many free extra amenities Locke Lake Association has to offer including the use of the 6  
hole golf course, tennis courts, basketball court, 2 inground pools, playgrounds and 5 sandy  
beaches.

- A fully complemented open kitchen including stove, microwave, refrigerator, diswasher,coffee  
maker, blender, cooking utensils, island and breakfast bar.

doors leading to the waterview deck and three season porch. Use the deck grill to cook up a summer  
barbeque.  
- A bedroom with twin beds 
- A full bath with shower and washer and dryer facilities.  
 
The second level: 
A master king size bedroom with a private door leading to a full bath.

The lowerlevel includes: 
A family room with a queen pull out couch 
A slider leading directly out to the waterfront yard, dock and beach.  
The basement has a games table including pool, airhockey and ping pong for hours of enjoyment

Activities and Attractions

The property is part of Locke Lake Association which allows you to enjoy free use of the following  
facilities all of which are in close proximity of the home: 
-  Well maintained 6 hole golf course, tennis courts and basketball court 
-  The main sandy beach offers an inground pool with lifeguard, playground and picnic area. There  
are 4 additional sandy beaches, playground and another inground pool for use.   
 
Enjoy fishing off your own private dock and bring along a boat, canoe or kayak.  
 
In addition to the amenities included at the house and Locke Lake, there are many activities for you  
to enjoy in this centrally locate area of the lakes region. 
Enjoy the recreational activities and restaurants of Lake Winnipesauke with Alton Bay only 8 miles  
away or race car driving at Loudon International Speedway only 15 miles. The picturesque village of  
Wolfboro is  
a short 30 mintue drive and has some specatular shops and restaurants.  
Skiing opportunities are close by with Gunstock Ski Resort a 30 minute drive, Sunapee less than an  
hour and Waterville valley 1 1/2 hours.  
A day trip to North Conway is also a good opportunity and is only 1 1/2 hours away. 
 
Local shops and restaurants can be found less than ten minutes from the house and Concord, the state  
capital, can be reached in 30 minutes.

Fall Sept 2008 - November 2008 $950 week - $300 weekends 
Winter December 2008 - March 2009 $1300 week - $380 weekends 
Spring April - May 2008  $1100 weekly  - $300 weekends 
Summer:  June, 2009 - September, 2009:  $1300 weekly  
$400 Security Deposit Requred.
