We are 1/2 of a Victorian double. No balcony but a GREAT stoop for
people watching and drinking your morning coffee.
Location allows easy access to all great things to do in New Orleans.

1 Bedroom upstairs with Queen bed (luxury memory foam mattress) and 32" television.
1 Queen sofa sleeper in living room (with memory foam pad)
2 air mattresses that can be set up in the living room for additional guests.
32" television in living room.

Printer and wired and wireless internet access on site.
Full kitchen.
No more than 5 people allowed (verified by property manager)without prior arrangement.
We are PET FRIENDLY!
Pet allowed - just let us know what kind of animal you are bringing so we can let the others on site know.

Regular Rates (non-Summer and non-Special Events) are $150 per night for 2 people, each additional person is $75 per night.

Two night minimum stay for most dates - please inquire about single night stays.
Full payment required at time of booking, unless otherwise arranged.
Full refund will be allowed if cancelled within 7 days of arrival, otherwise cancellation fee of minimum 1 nights will be held, unless it is a special event period.

Summer Rates (July 1 - September 15) are $75 per night for 2 people, each additional person is $37.50 per night.

Special Events rates as follows:
Mardi Gras 2012 - $400 per night for up to two people, each additional person is $75 per night

French Quarter Fest 2012- $250 per night for up to two people, each additional person is $75 per night

Jazzfest 1st Weekend 2013 - $250 per night for up to two people, each additional person is $75 per night

Jazzfest 2nd Weekend 2013 - $400 per night for up two people, each additional person is $75 per night.

Essence Festival Weekend 2013 - $250 per nigth for up to 2 people, each additional person is $50 per night.

Voodoo Music Fest 2013 - $250 per night for up to two people, each additional person is $50 per night.

Final Four 2013 - Prices vary due to dates

BCS Championship Games 2012 - $250 per night for up to two people, each additional person is $75 per night.

Southern Decadence 2013 - $200 per night for up to two people, each additional person is $50 per night.
