Vacation Rental Description

Combination vacation rental and small hotel, literally "On The Beach"
and next to the Cayucos pier.   New, built in 2002.    We have five
units - great for a Girl's Weekend away or a family reunion!

Vacation Rental Amenities

Full 180 degree ocean view, beach level, two queen beds, fireplace,
private balcony and jacuzzi bathtub--large rooms over 500 square feet.
Egyptian 400 cnt sheets.  Breakfast included along with evening
appetizers.  "Sunset Deck" on second floor with 8' jacuzzi,
underground parking.  Daily maid service.

Activities and Attractions

Popular for those surfers 'in the know,' great surf.  Long walks on
the beach or hike along the north cliffs.  Sunset horseback rides,
fishing off the pier, lots of shops to rent beach gear, including
surfboards, wetsuits, kayaks, beach cruisers, boogie boards.    Walk
to downtown restaurants, shopping and antique stores.  Short drive to
West Paso Robles Wine/Olive Oil Country, Morro Bay beachfront golf
course and Hearst Castle.

Vacation Rental Rates

Summer rates $300/night weekdays, $325/night weekends
Winter rates $179/night weekdays,  $200/night weekends
Holidays may be extra.
