Vacation Rental Description

This is a gathering place for extraordinary people who are of the mind that "only the best will do." 
A beautiful 8080 sq ft home for all occasions.  Will sleep up to 56 guests, with children 3 and 
under exempt from total count. Maybe, it's creating family memories, a 
wedding/reception coming up, wedding rehearsal lunch/dinner, corporate retreat to regroup, a special 
birthday or anniversary celebration, church groups, seminar, physician recruiting, focus groups, 
lecturers, graduation/homecoming and the upcoming holidays.

Need more room than the "Inn" can accommodate?  Check out leasing the "Chalet at Snow Meadows" along 
with the "Inn".  Located a 1/2 block away. The "Chalet" sleeps up to 24 guests, with children 3 and 
under exempt from total count.   Everyone can still be together for meals and entertainment! 

We offer specialty catering for those who may wish to have a picnic on the beach, box lunches for 
the lake or an all-out BBQ.  Specialty cakes and flowers are also available.

Whatever the occasion, we will make sure that your event is well beyond what you could have 
dreamed. Let us help you plan your special event.  We promise, it will be well worth your while.  

Vacation Rental Amenities

The Inn at Snow Meadows is offering a unique experience to those who prefer total luxury.
There are 10 "themed" suites.  Each suite has either a king or queen European pillow-top mattress.
All linens and bath towels are top quality.  Plush robes for your use, with upscale soaps, and 
lotions. The suites have plasma TV/satellite, CD/DVD players, jetted tubs, walk-in showers, sitting 
areas with fireplace. For those individuals who may have privacy concerns, each suite is secured 
with it's own access code.
Full laundry facilities. Complimentary detergent and fabric softner.
Formal or casual dining.  Can seat up to 50.  Day use up to 100, inside and outside. Kitchen is 
designed by a professional chef.  It includes: 3 refrigerators, 5 ovens, 9 burners, 2 double sinks, 
and 2 commercial dishwashers. It has everything needed to entertain.
Private bar area has plasma TV and fireplace for relaxing.
Game room has it all, plus exercise equipment and plasma TV.
Pool table upstairs.  
Outdoor hot tubs.
The Inn has custom sound system thru-out, Internet access and 24 hour security system.

Activities and Attractions

Year round activities include:

Snowmobile right out the front door to hundreds of miles of groomed/powder trails.  Ski Beaver 
Mountain just 20 minutes away.  All levels of experience.  Snowshoe and cross-country within minutes.

Boating and all of the water activities you can dream of at beautiful Bear Lake.  Marina is 10 
minutes away.

Hiking, riding ATVs, back-packing, exploring caves, Oregon Trail Visitor Center, or going to Jackson 
Hole for the day are just some of the wonderful activities to do.

Pickleville Playhouse is right down the road for a night of good eating and a play. This is in such 
demand, that you will need to get your tickets early.  This year the productions are, "Thoroughly 
Modern Millie" and the outrageous musical melodrama "Chuck Wagon's Wild West Showdown." It should be 
great!

Two great golf courses within minutes.

Bear Lake walking/jogging trail minutes from your door.  This trail goes thru the heart of Garden 
City.

The 4th of July "Cruise In" located in Logan.  Hundreds of classic cars and trucks for you to see. A 
parade in downtown is a must.  There will be a poker run that will start in Logan and come up to 
Bear Lake.  They will then be on display at the park for a few hours and head back down to Logan.
This year the band, "Styx" will perform live at the fairgrounds for this event.

Famous Raspberry Days Celebration is definitely high on the list to experience.  This year it will 
be August 7, 8, and 9th.  

The local eateries go out of their way to make sure your food is hot and delicious.  You can't leave
without trying their famous "Raspberry Shakes."

Bear Lake is a beautiful place to spend your time with those who are important to you.  The community
welcomes your visit with open arms.

Vacation Rental Rates

We are pleased to announce our "Grand Opening."  Single Day/evening use by request.

2008 rates
 
Weekdays:  Monday-Thursday  $1100 per night
Weekends:  Friday Saturday and Sunday  $1500 per night


Summer rates  starting  Memorial-Labor Day

Weekdays:  Monday-Thursday  $1250 per night
Weekends:  Friday Saturday and Sunday  $1650 per night


Holidays  (Memorial Day, July 4, July 24, Raspberry Days August 7, 8, 9 Labor Day, 
             Thanksgiving Day, Chrismas and New Years Day)

Weekdays:  Monday-Thursday  $1500 per night
Weekends:  Friday Saturday and Sunday  $1900 per night

   *Must be booked a minimum of 3 nights for these rates.         

Day use available for up to 100 guests for your special event.

A $1500.00 deposit is due at time of signing lease agreement, along with $500 refundable
security deposit.

Balance will then be due 60 days prior to arrival.

No smoking or pets allowed.  No exceptions.

Most major credit cards are accepted.
