The Hancock Guest Cottage has everything you need for a relaxing in-town getaway. The Hancock Guest Cottage offers old world character combined with contemporary comfort and style. Located in central Austin, it's the ideal base for exploring town.

The Cottage combines an eclectic mix of rustic furniture and contemporary design and can sleep up to five in two comfortable Queen bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms plus a sun room with futon.

Hancock Guest Cottage is centrally located in the Hyde Park Hancock area just minutes from Downtown, the University of Texas, the Medical Center, and the the new Mueller shopping development.

Located in central Austin, it's the ideal base for exploring town. You
can walk to the adjacent shopping center or down the block to regular
bus service with easy access to places of interest.

There is so much to do in Austin, you will love it. After a day at the
lake or exploring town, come home to the tranquility of a BBQ in the
garden, or try one of the many fine local restaurants.

Very cool, convenient, central neighborhood with lots of character and
conveniences--Hyde Park Bar and Grill, Mother's Cafe, New World Deli,

District, Convention Center, Long Center for Performing Arts, Whole
Foods Headquarters Flagship Store, Town Lake Hike and Bike trail and
river for kayaking, and watch millions of bats.

UT CAMPUS
The UT campus has the Harry Ransom Center, Bass Performing Arts
Center, Blanton Museum of Art, President Lyndon B. Johnson's Library,
the UT Erwin Center.
