• Villa Camellia is a XV century independent 2600 sq. ft. farmhouse that sleeps 8 + 1 people in 4  
beautiful bedrooms.  
• Private swimming pool - rectangular 20 x 40.

Ground floor 
• Spacious kitchen with door to garden and connected to dining room/lounge.  
• The lounge contains a fireplace, doors out to the garden and a small service bathroom.  
• One bedroom with double bed, private bathroom with shower. Stairs lead to the 1st floor.  
 
First floor 
• One bedroom with double bed and sofa bed, private bathroom with tub.  
• Two double bedrooms with twin beds, private bathrooms, one with tub and one with shower.  
 
Amenities 
• Telephone in each room connected to switch board. 
• Hair dryer in each bath. 
• Kitchen with electric oven, dishwasher, frig/freezer. 
• Washing machine, ironing board and iron. 
• Television. 
• Video recorder on request. 
• Private swimming pool - rectangular 20 x 40. 
 
Services included 
• Two hours of daily cleaning. 
• Change of laundry twice weekly (Wednesday and Saturday). 
• Gardening service. 
• Daily cleaning of the pool. 
• Removal of garbage. 
 
It's said that the house was built entriely from stones taken from the nearby Castello delle Moiane,  
after it was destroyed in the 14th century. 
 
In front of the main entrance a large bank of lavender fills with butterflies in the Summer and, in  
winter, perfumes the air.
