Vacation Rental Description

Right on the water! Walk just steps to a spacious dock and boat hoist (bring your own or we can 
advise you on rentals). Expansive view of the Lake both North and South from the dock, kitchen and 
various deck and balcony levels.  Beautiful garden pool deck and covered patio.

Walk to Taughannock Falls State Park.  Visit near-by wineries and craft shops.  Swim, boat and enjoy 
the clean, clear lake.

The delightful house is three stories with a large living room, kitchen/dining and full bath on the 
first floor.

The second has a sitting area, half bath, and three spacious rooms, one with additional bunk beds.

The third has a large living room with great views and a large bedroom.

Minutes from Ithaca and all the area attractions.

NOTE:  A 4-wheel drive vehicle is required to drive to the door.  Parking is available at the top of 
the hill and steps lead down to the house. A tow truck cannot get down the hill, so if you drive down 
in anything but a 4WD, you will be down there for good.  No exceptions.

There is a contract required with rules for the house and neighbors.  We will not accept bookings for 
bachelor parties, college age friends, etc.

available in the off-season, no minimum.

Rates are """Houskeeping Ready""".  You must bring your own linens 
and towels and clean the house to the same or better level than you 
found it.

*March 29 - May 16 (Except graduation weekends)$1300/week (Sunday - 
Sunday)$250/weekday,$300/night Friday, Saturday. Individual rooms 
available, $125 per night.

*May 18 - June 1 (Except graduation weekends)$1650/week, 
$350/weekday, $400/night Friday, Saturday. Individual rooms available 
$150 per night.

*Ithaca College (Sunday May 18, or Cortland Graduation (Saturday 
May,17) $1300, 2 nights (minimum), additional nights $350/night. 
Linens included.

*Cornell Graduation. In Friday May 23, afternoon, out Monday May 26, 
11 AM $2000. Additional nights $350 to June 1. Linens 
included.

*June 1 - June 22 $1900/week (Sunday to Sunday)

*June 22 - June 29 $2000/week (Sunday to Sunday)

*June 29- July 6 $2200/week (July 4th week)(Sunday to Sunday)

*July 6 - August 31 $2000/week (Sunday to Sunday)add Labor Day 
Monday 1st for $350.

*August 31 - Sept 7 Labor Day Week $1900 (Sunday - Sunday)

*Sept 7 - October 28 $1700/week (Sunday to Sunday.)$350/weekday, 
$400/night Friday, Saturday. Individual rooms available, $125 per

*October 28 - November 18 $1200/week (Sunday - Sunday)$250/weekday, 
$300/night Friday, Saturday. Individual rooms available, $125 per

*Thanksgiving Weekend (Wednesday - Sunday) $1000, additional days 
$250.

$500 security deposit at time of booking.  50% of rental 3 months in 
advance, balance of rental one month in advance.  Security deposit 
refunded within 30 days after rental completion.

Refund policy.  No refunds unless the period can be re-booked. 
Security deposit not refunded if cancelled prior to rental payments 
received.
