Our newly built (2007) executive Orlando Florida vacation home features luxury facilities, 4
bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, heated private swimming pool with spa, and much more. This home, built in
2007 on a large plot is located in the tranquil surroundings of the new Aviana Resort, Davenport,
Orlando, Florida, and is only 15 minutes from Walt Disney World.
Aviana is an up market gated community and private resort that has a stunning
Clubhouse with free WIFI access and business centre, hot tub, large heated pool and children�s play area, etc. Aviana Resort offers a relaxing retreat from the hustle and bustle of Orlando�s exciting attractions which make it a fantastic place to stay. It is one of the best residential community resorts close to Walt Disney World�s four theme parks. This makes it a much sought after location for your Florida vacation. All other major theme parks such as Universal Studios parks and Sea World are easily accessible.
Our villa is large, spacious, light and airy. The accommodation comprises of 1795 sq. ft. of
unashamed luxury - with this large area - there is room for everyone to rest, relax and enjoy their
vacation. The holiday rental villa has luxury facilities and equipment to attend to all your likely vacation needs including a top-of-the-range LCD Widescreen High Definition Television and DVD system.

Our villa is situated at the quiet back part of the Luxury Aviana complex, giving you the
opportunity to enjoy a peaceful relaxing and private stay. However you are very near all of the
entertainment parks. Orlando is renowned for its entertainment parks. Disney, Universal Studios,
Sea World, Epcot to name but a few. All within 10 to 40 minutes drive away
In addition, Orlando is known for its fabulous golf courses. For keen golfers the vacation rental
villa is located really close to many courses that have been designed by top PGA golfers and major
title winners including Greg Norman�s Champions Gate, 36 hole award winning golf course, Providence a brand new course in 2007, and the Disney golf courses.
