on the north end of Longboat Key, an exclusive barrier island.
This quaint, cozy, quiet, second-floor condominium offers everything you need in your home away from
home. The view from the main living area looks out onto the grass and beyond towards the lagoon
full of birds and sea life. If you love nature - this is the place for you! The living room and
master bedroom open out onto the screened in porch. Just imagine relaxing out there while you sip a
cool drink and contemplate what you will do for the day. The kitchen is small but comfortable with
dishwasher, microwave, stove and refrigerator. The master bedroom has a king size bed, cable tv,
and opens out onto the screened in porch. The 2nd bedroom down the hall has two full size beds in
it- not just twins like most units!
For those of you that still need to work, the owners offer high speed internet access through
Verizon DSL. Just bring your wireless router if you need to be wireless. Otherwise, feel free to
hook up to their outlets near any phone lines for high speed surfing.
You are right across the street from the beach which is equipped with
chaise lounge chairs. Just a quick stroll to the white sandy beach
and you're there lounging in the bright sunshine or lying back and
enjoying one of the most gorgeous sunsets you can ever imagine. You
are conveniently located close to the market so it's just a short
walk from this unit to the store groceries, etc.
Activities abound on this resort, including heated pools (two) - tennis courts, marinas
(two), private/deeded beach, equipped with chaise lounge chairs, two
tiki huts, shuffle board courts, barbecue area, fishing,
walking/biking path, and conservancy.
Longboat Key is on the West Coast of Florida, near Sarasota and one
hour south of Tampa. Sought-after Longboat Key has some of the most
unspoiled beaches in the area. Longboat boasts some of the wealthiest
residents and finest restaurants in the Sarasota area.
From this home, it is a matter of minutes to Saint Armand's Circle, a
shopping paradise. Longboat Key is a ten-mile-long barrier island
attached at each end by a bridge to the mainland. If you would like
to go to theme parks - we are one hour from Busch Gardens of Tampa
Bay or two-and-a-half hours from Disney and Universal Studios.
