family. You can also walk to the wonderful Caf� 30-A which is just minutes from the condo.

The beach access is close by. You will have all the benefits of proximity to the South Walton
beaches but without the high price of Gulf front.

All linens are provided and we have the condo cleaned before and after your arrival. High speed
