The 2nd floor sleeps 4 comfortably with a queen bed in the Master Bedroom and two twin beds second
bedroom. The downstairs has beautiful real wood floors, a rock covered wood burning fireplace, a
full kitchen, dining table and chairs and a cozy living room. There is a full size futon to sleep 2 more in the living area.  This is a great rental for anyone
visiting Anchorage for vacation or for business with access to most Anchorage attractions.

Just 10 minutes from the airport, 5 minutes from downtown and only 3 short blocks from the Coastal
Trail where you can take a leisurely walk to see wildlife and beautiful scenery or walk that can
lead you right downtown.

Two parking spots directly in front of rental. Plus guest parking if needed.
