The property is just 3 short blocks from Campbell Creek park (less than 5 minute walk) where you can take a leisurely stroll along the well maintained trails leading directly into the Chugach National Forest where you will have an opportunity to see Alaska's wildlife.  If you are a fishing enthusiast, during certain dates in July and August, you can fish for Alaskan Silver Salmon right from Campbell Creek.
