Beach on the legendary Collins Avenue.  Interesting boutiques, 
restaurants, and cafes are withing walking distance.  Fashionable Bal 
Harbour Shops are just blocks away, trendy South Beach excitement is 
about 10 minutes by car, making the nightlife close enough to enjoy -
